Edward Crawford

Mr. Edward F. Crawford is President and a Director of Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. He previously served as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer from 1992 to 2018. Mr. Crawford has completed over 26 years of service to the Company as a Director and senior officer and has amassed extensive knowledge of the Company’s strategies and operations. In addition, he also brings to the Board his experience in leading a variety of private enterprises for over 50 years, including holding the position of Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of The Crawford Group (a venture capital management company).
