Product offerings are shipped worldwide and include low, medium & high-pressure rubber & thermoplastic hose as well as assemblies & tube fittings made from forged or drawn high grade steel. The EuroPower brand is manufactured in a 433,000 sq. ft. facility located in Ocala, FL. Manufacturing capabilities consist of rubber mixing, rubber extrusion, reinforcement braiding, thermoplastic extrusion, wire/yarn braiding, nylon tape wrapping/unwrapping, and assembly automation. Hoses & Fittings are manufactured to meet and exceed SAE/DIN & EN standards. EuroPower’s hose connectors offer threadless technology providing a simple push-fit high- and low-pressure connection system that is universal across a whole range of applications.

Products are offered under various brands including Ingersoll Rand, Dayco, Enerpac, Phoenix, Ford, GM, and Chrysler. Hose products are manufactured on an extrusion line which forms the inner layer of the hose. A braided reinforcement layer covers the inner layer of the hose and then an outer cover is extruded over the braiding with branding applied accordingly. A range of low, medium & high-pressure rubber hoses are available.

EuroPower offers a one-piece fitting hose series of C1T1SN, C2T2SN, R12, R16 & R17. An extensive range of one piece, two piece and multi-spiral fittings are available and manufactured according to international thread standards. A complete selection of tube and tube fittings are offered in a popular configuration of sizes ranging from 4mm to 42mm outside diameter. A full range of conversion adapter fittings are available from stock or can be custom made to customer specifications.
