Mr. Matthew V. Crawford is Chairman & Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. He previously held the positions of President & Chief Operating Officer 2003 to 2018, Senior Vice President 2001 to 2003, and Assistant Secretary & Corporate Counsel 1995 to 2001. With over 17 years of experience at the Company, Mr. Crawford is intimately familiar with the Company’s capabilities, customers, and operating approach. His extensive knowledge of the Company and its industries provides the Board with the management perspective necessary to oversee the Company’s strategies and business operations. In addition, he is experienced in operating a number of diversified private companies.
